I hereby give my consent to Joseph Lim Organisation representing ‘finexis advisory Pte Ltd ’ ("finexis”) and its affiliates for my public appearance in the ‘image/text testimonial’ (“the Production") for the use of marketing purposes. I understand that my participation in the Production is voluntary and I will not be remunerated. I waive any right to royalties or other forms of compensation that may arise from or related to the use and distribution of the Production by finexis and its affiliates. I give finexis and its affiliates the right to distribute the Production to any channels at its discretion. finexis and its afflliates have my full consent and cooperation to participate in the Production. I give the right and ownership of the Production to finexis and its affiliates. Additionally, I understand there are no restrictions to the copies of the Production. I will not require finexis and its affiliates to credit nor inform me for the use and distribution of the Production.”
