The candidate will undergo training and be exposed to the following areas:
- Managing the entire recruitment process
- Assist in job scoping by understanding the corporate culture, objectives, and business structures.
- Calling of suitable candidates to arrange for interviews
- Perform candidate screening and matching to job requirements
- Conduct interviews and recommend potential candidate profiles.
- Placement of job advertisements.
- Ensure adherence to all administrative procedures and that all reporting systems are kept up to date.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
